Refund & Return Policy — VidyaDigitalPro

Scope

This policy describes VidyaDigitalPro’s refund terms for online courses, workshops, live sessions, and digital materials purchased on https://vidyadigitalpro.com.

Digital product nature

Courses are digital goods (video content, LMS access, downloadable materials). Because of their nature, full access is typically non-refundable once access has been granted or the course materials have been downloaded/streamed.

Standard refund window (example options — choose one and edit)

Option A (recommended conservative): No refunds once access is granted. Refunds considered only for technical failures we cannot fix.
Option B (more customer-friendly): 7-day money-back if you request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase AND you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
Option C (trial): Offer a free trial/preview of modules instead of refunds.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email connect@vidyadigitalpro.com with your order number and reason. We will acknowledge within 3 business days and process approvals in 7–14 business days after approval.

Refund exceptions / non-eligible

• If you have completed more than 20% of a course (where Option B applies), the purchase is non-refundable.

• No refunds for “change of mind” after access is given (unless stated).

• No refunds for free or heavily discounted promotions unless explicitly stated.

Technical failure / service outage

If you cannot access content due to a technical issue on our side and we are unable to resolve it in a reasonable time, we will offer a pro-rated refund or credit.

Cancelled live classes

If a live session is cancelled by us, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

Payment disputes & chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest it and may suspend your account pending resolution.

Taxes & fees

Refunds exclude transaction/processing fees charged by payment providers where applicable (edit based on your provider terms).
